Help us build a professional, sustainable theatre organisation in Cambridge and London.
Founded in 2024, True Life Productions (TLP) is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to creating bold, human theatre and telling honest, emotionally truthful stories that challenge, engage, and heal.
Following successful tours of Lot Vekemans' Poison and David Sear's Continuity (7) across Cambridge and London, we are raising funds to transition TLP into a sustainable professional theatre organisation.
As a CIC, 100% of revenues and donation funds are directly reinvested back into developing emerging local talent, financing upcoming shows (including Mary Stuart at Peterborough Cathedral and How to Cry at Voila! London), developing educational programmes and ensuring fair pay for regional actors and creatives.
Ensuring actors, technical crews, and creatives are paid professional-grade rates.
Covering rehearsal spaces, booking fees, and travel costs for regional runs.
Financing set constructions, costuming, script printing, and sound/light assets.
100% of all backing funds received are legally asset-locked and fully reinvested back into theatrical project delivery and fair professional wages.
